Fostering Inclusive Narratives,
Empowering Diverse Voices

We are a group of writers, reviewers, academics, editors, artists, poets, musicians, journalists, performers and theatre makers committed to an antiracist vision of the arts in practice and within organisations. We seek to listen to and be led by First Nations peoples in guiding our decolonial praxis.

Our Voice is Your Voice

A collective resolution. A collective revolution.

  • As advocates for diversity and inclusion, we strive to:
    • Promote literature that reflects the rich tapestry of human experiences.
    • Provide resources and opportunities for marginalised writers.
    • Create spaces for meaningful dialogue and artistic expression.
    • Resist and deconstruct colonial and patriarchal narratives.

Our members live and work on the stolen lands of the people of the Noongar Nation and we acknowledge and honour them as our original custodians, guides and storytellers. We also honour the ancestral legacies of the refugees and immigrants who call Australia home. We celebrate the narratives that inform our sensibilities and pledge to resist patriarchy and imperialism.
